We are currently looking for a Finance & Office Manager to oversee the running of our accounts, administration and finance departments. Working with our team, you will need to be driven, strong and a natural leader. It is essential that you have previous experience in accounts and also in an office management capacity. Knowledge of the finance industry would be preferable due to the complex and confidential nature of the business.
Your main duties will include:
- Managing the office team
- Acting as the point of contact for all office enquiries and HR issues
- Coordination of Health and Safety including risk assessments, management and compliance
- Aid in the recruitment of staff
- Providing support and back up for our busy lending department
- Collaborating at Director level
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £25,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
